Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Receptify's AI receptionist platform and all related services. Please read them carefully by using Receptify, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read before using Receptify
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Receptify platform ("Services"), including the Receptify web dashboard, AI receptionist agents, APIs, integrations, and any associated mobile or desktop applications operated by Devzey (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan ("Receptify", "we", "us", or "our").
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity. If you do not have such authority, you must not accept these Terms and must not use the Services.
For business customers, these Terms operate alongside any separately executed Order Form, Master Service Agreement ("MSA"), or Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") between Receptify and your organization. In the event of a conflict, the separately executed agreement shall take precedence.
01.Definitions
The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms. Understanding them will help you navigate your rights and obligations clearly.
- “Account”
- The unique account you create to access and use our Services, associated with your email address and organization.
- “AI Agent”
- An automated AI-powered receptionist configured by you on the Receptify platform, capable of handling inbound telephone calls on behalf of your business.
- “Call Data”
- All data generated from telephone calls handled by your AI Agent, including transcripts, recordings, caller phone numbers, sentiment labels, call classifications, appointment bookings, and order captures.
- “Customer”
- Any individual or organization that subscribes to a paid or trial plan to access the Services. Also referred to as 'you'.
- “End User”
- A third-party caller who interacts with your AI Agent. End Users are your customers or contacts, not Receptify's.
- “Fees”
- All subscription charges, per-minute usage charges, add-on purchases, and any other amounts payable by you to Receptify for access to the Services.
- “Knowledge Base”
- Documents, files, FAQs, scripts, and other content you upload to Receptify to train or configure your AI Agents.
- “Order Form”
- A written or electronic document (including in-platform checkout) that specifies the Services, plan, pricing, and other commercial terms agreed between Receptify and you.
- “Platform”
- The Receptify web-based dashboard, APIs, infrastructure, and all software components operated by Receptify to deliver the Services.
- “Services”
- All products, features, tools, APIs, and support offerings provided by Receptify under these Terms, including AI Agent deployment, call analytics, appointment booking, and order capture.
- “Subscription”
- A recurring license to access the Services for a defined billing period (monthly or annual) at an agreed Fee.
- “User Content”
- Any content you provide to the Platform, including Knowledge Base files, agent configurations, scripts, business information, and any other data you upload or transmit.
- “Intellectual Property Rights”
- All patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, database rights, moral rights, and any other intellectual or industrial property rights, registered or unregistered, anywhere in the world.
02.Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To use our Services, you must:
- ›Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)
- ›Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law
- ›Not be prohibited from receiving the Services under the laws of Pakistan, your country, or any other applicable jurisdiction
- ›If registering on behalf of a company or organization, have the authority to legally bind that entity
- ›Not be a person or entity subject to applicable sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions
2.2 Account Registration
When you create an Account, you agree to:
- ›Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- ›Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
- ›Keep your password confidential and use a strong, unique password
- ›Notify us immediately at security@devzey.com of any unauthorized use of your Account
- ›Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account
- ›Not share your login credentials with any third party outside your authorized organization
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Receptify will not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available and using a password manager. Receptify staff will never ask for your password.
2.4 One Account Per Organization
Each organization may maintain one primary Account. You may invite team members to collaborate under your Account through the dashboard's user management features. Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent plan limits, abuse free trials, or evade suspension is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts.
03.Description of Services
Receptify provides an AI-powered telephone receptionist platform designed for businesses of all sizes. Our core Services include:
AI Agent Deployment
Configure and deploy AI voice agents that answer inbound calls 24/7, handle inquiries, and interact naturally with your callers using large language models.
Call Analytics Dashboard
Access real-time and historical analytics including call volumes, durations, transcripts, sentiment scores, call type classifications, and agent performance metrics.
Appointment Booking
Allow AI Agents to capture and record appointment bookings from callers, including caller name, requested date and time, and relevant notes.
Order Capture
Enable AI Agents to take product or service orders from callers, capturing item details, quantities, and delivery information for your review.
Knowledge Base Management
Upload and manage documents, FAQs, and business information that your AI Agents reference to answer caller questions accurately.
Call Recording & Transcripts
Optionally record calls and receive full transcripts in your dashboard for review, training, and quality assurance purposes.
Multi-Agent Support
Create multiple AI Agents for different departments, phone numbers, or use cases each with its own persona, knowledge base, and configuration.
API Access
Programmatic access to call data, agent configurations, and platform features for integration with your existing business systems.
3.1 Service Availability
We aim to provide the Services with a monthly uptime of 99.5%, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via email or in-dashboard notification. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Services. Service Level Agreement ("SLA") commitments with specific uptime guarantees and remedies are available exclusively on Enterprise plans as specified in an applicable Order Form.
3.2 Service Changes
Receptify reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or add features to the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that adversely affect your use of the Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services, provided we give notice where required.
04.Acceptable Use Policy
Receptify is built to help legitimate businesses provide better service to their customers. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
4.1 Permitted Uses
- ›Operating AI Agents to handle genuine inbound business calls from your customers
- ›Collecting and reviewing call transcripts, analytics, and insights for your own business operations
- ›Integrating the Services with your own business tools (CRM, calendar, etc.) via supported integrations or API
- ›Training your team using call recordings and transcripts to which you have legal right
- ›Using the API to build internal tools or workflows for your own organization
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Services to:
- ✕Make outbound unsolicited calls (robocalls, cold-call spam, or telemarketing) using our infrastructure our platform is for inbound calls only
- ✕Deceive callers about the fact that they are interacting with an AI system when directly and sincerely asked, where disclosure is required by law
- ✕Collect caller data without adequate notice or legal basis as required by applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction
- ✕Impersonate any individual, business, government body, or other entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- ✕Process calls or store data related to emergency services (911, 999, 112, 115, or equivalent) in a manner that could delay emergency response
- ✕Use the platform in connection with illegal gambling, adult content, controlled substances without appropriate licensing, pyramid schemes, or other unlawful activities
- ✕Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any component of the Services
- ✕Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, access controls, or rate limiting mechanisms of the Services
- ✕Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Receptify system or network without our prior written authorization
- ✕Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any material that could disrupt, damage, or limit the functionality of the Services
- ✕Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services as a white-label product to third parties without a separate reseller agreement with Receptify
- ✕Use the Services in a way that violates the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA), the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, or any other applicable law
- ✕Harvest, scrape, or collect information about other Receptify customers or their data from our systems
- ✕Use the Services to facilitate or assist in any form of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
4.3 Caller Consent & Disclosure Obligations

4.4 Enforcement
Receptify reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your Account immediately upon discovery of a material violation, without obligation to provide a refund for any prepaid Fees. We may also report violations to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
05.Subscriptions & Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
Receptify offers subscription-based access to the Services on monthly and annual billing cycles. Current plan details, included minutes, features, and pricing are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
5.2 Payment Terms
- ›Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) beginning on the date you subscribe
- ›Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor
- ›All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated; your bank may apply currency conversion charges for which Receptify is not responsible
- ›By providing a payment method, you authorize Receptify to charge all Fees associated with your plan automatically at each billing cycle
- ›Invoices are issued electronically and available in your dashboard under Billing
- ›For customers requiring bank transfer or alternative payment arrangements, please contact us at billing@devzey.com
5.3 Taxes
All Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for all taxes, withholdings, duties, and levies arising from your purchase of the Services, including but not limited to sales tax, VAT, GST, or withholding tax applicable in your jurisdiction. Pakistani customers may be subject to applicable Federal Excise Duty (FED) and withholding tax requirements under Pakistan tax law. Where Receptify is legally required to collect taxes, they will be added to your invoice.
5.4 Usage-Based Charges
In addition to flat subscription Fees, your plan may include a set number of included AI call minutes per billing period. Usage exceeding your included minutes will be charged at the applicable overage rate displayed in your plan details. You may also purchase add-on minute bundles in advance. Unused included minutes do not roll over to the next billing period unless your plan explicitly states otherwise.
5.5 Late Payment & Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry the charge on a schedule communicated to you. If payment remains outstanding after three retry attempts over seven days, we reserve the right to suspend your Account until payment is received. Sustained non-payment may result in termination of your Account and deletion of your data pursuant to Section 15.

5.7 Subscription Changes
You may upgrade your plan at any time; the new rate will apply immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. You may downgrade your plan at any time; the downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing period. Downgrades that reduce included minutes may affect active AI Agents; we recommend reviewing your usage before downgrading.
06.Free Trial & Promotional Offers
Receptify may offer free trials or promotional access to the Services at its discretion. The following terms apply to all free trials and promotional offers:
- ›Free trials are available to new customers only; one trial per organization
- ›Trial duration, included minutes, and feature access are as specified on the trial sign-up page at the time of registration
- ›No payment method is required to begin a trial unless otherwise stated; if a payment method is required, you will not be charged until the trial ends
- ›At the end of a free trial, access will be suspended unless you select a paid plan; your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
- ›Receptify reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate free trial offers at any time without prior notice
- ›If you abuse the free trial (e.g., by creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trial access), we may terminate all associated accounts
- ›Promotional credits or discounts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated
07.Intellectual Property
7.1 Receptify's Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, algorithms, AI models, user interfaces, visual design, APIs, documentation, trademarks, service marks, logos, and all other content created by Receptify, are owned by or licensed to Receptify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Pakistan and internationally, including copyright law, patent law, and trademark law.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable Fees, Receptify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your Subscription.
You may not: copy, modify, create derivative works from, or distribute any part of the Services; remove or alter any proprietary notices; use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our express prior written consent; or use automated means to access the Services in ways that exceed normal API rate limits or circumvent access controls.
7.2 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations, or other input regarding the Services ("Feedback"), Receptify may freely use, incorporate, and commercialize such Feedback without any obligation of compensation, attribution, or confidentiality to you. You hereby irrevocably assign all rights in such Feedback to Receptify.
7.3 AI-Generated Output
Content generated by your AI Agents in response to caller interactions (e.g. responses, transcripts, summaries) is derived from your configurations and Knowledge Base content. To the extent any intellectual property rights subsist in AI-generated output, Receptify hereby assigns to you all such rights in output generated by your AI Agents. Receptify makes no representations about the copyright status of AI-generated content under any jurisdiction's law, which remains an evolving area of law.
08.Your Content & Data
8.1 Ownership of Your Content
You retain full ownership of all User Content you upload to or create on the Platform, including your Knowledge Base files, agent configurations, and Call Data generated from your callers. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of your content to Receptify.
8.2 License to Receptify
By uploading or providing User Content to the Platform, you grant Receptify a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services to you. This license does not permit Receptify to use your content for any other purpose, including training AI models (see Section 9.4).
8.3 Your Representations About Content
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Receptify to use your User Content; (b) your User Content does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law; and (c) your User Content does not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
8.4 Data Portability
You may export your Call Data, transcripts, and analytics from the dashboard at any time during an active Subscription. We provide data export in CSV and JSON formats. Upon termination of your Account, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
09.AI Services & Limitations
9.1 Nature of AI Services
Receptify's AI Agents are powered by large language models and machine learning systems. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, appropriate, or suitable for every situation. AI Agents can make errors, misunderstand callers, or produce unexpected outputs.
9.2 Your Responsibility for AI Agent Outputs
AI agents act on your instructions
9.3 No Professional Advice
The Services are not designed or intended to provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, emergency, or other professional advice. You must not configure your AI Agents to provide such advice without appropriate human oversight, professional licensing, and regulatory compliance. Receptify explicitly disclaims all liability for any harm resulting from AI Agents being used in contexts requiring professional expertise or regulated advice.
9.4 No Training on Your Data
Your data is not used to train AI models
9.5 Third-Party AI Models
The AI capabilities of the Services are partly dependent on third-party AI providers. Receptify does not control these providers and cannot guarantee their continued availability, performance, or compatibility. Receptify may change the underlying AI providers used to power the Services with reasonable advance notice where the change materially affects performance, and will update the sub-processor list in our Privacy Policy accordingly.
10.Third-Party Integrations
The Services may offer integrations with third-party tools and platforms such as CRM systems, calendar applications, helpdesk software, and others ("Third-Party Services"). The following terms apply:
- ›Third-Party Services are provided by independent companies and are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, not these Terms
- ›Receptify does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Services or their availability, functionality, or data practices
- ›When you connect a Third-Party Service, you authorize Receptify to share necessary data with that service to enable the integration
- ›You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any Third-Party Services you connect to Receptify
- ›You may disconnect Third-Party integrations at any time via Settings → Integrations; Receptify will cease sharing data with that service upon disconnection
- ›Receptify will not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of or reliance on any Third-Party Service
- ›If a Third-Party Service becomes unavailable or changes its API in a way that disrupts an integration, Receptify will endeavor to restore functionality but does not guarantee it
11.Confidentiality
11.1 Mutual Confidentiality Obligations
Each party ("Receiving Party") agrees to: (a) keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party ("Disclosing Party") that is marked confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information ("Confidential Information"); (b) use Confidential Information only as necessary to exercise rights or fulfill obligations under these Terms; and (c) not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without the Disclosing Party's prior written consent, except to employees, contractors, and advisors who need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations at least as protective as these.
11.2 Exclusions
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available without breach of these Terms; (b) was known to the Receiving Party prior to disclosure; (c) is independently developed by the Receiving Party without reference to Confidential Information; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law, regulation, or court order, provided the Receiving Party gives the Disclosing Party reasonable prior notice where legally permitted.
11.3 Your Business Data
Receptify treats your business data, call content, and configuration information as confidential. We will not share your data with other customers or use it for our own commercial purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the Services, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.
12.Warranties & Disclaimers
12.1 Receptify's Limited Warranty
Receptify warrants that: (a) the Services will perform materially in accordance with our documentation during the Subscription term; and (b) we will not materially reduce the core functionality of the Services during a paid Subscription term. Your sole remedy for a breach of this warranty is, at Receptify's option, re-performance of the affected Services or a pro-rated refund of Fees paid for the affected period.
12.2 Disclaimer of Other Warranties

You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal right and authority to enter into these Terms; (b) your use of the Services will comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (c) you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations from your End Users for processing their data through the Services; and (d) your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.
13.Limitation of Liability

13.1 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RECEPTIFY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF RECEPTIFY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
13.2 Cap on Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RECEPTIFY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO RECEPTIFY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
13.3 Exceptions
The limitations in Sections 13.1 and 13.2 do not apply to: (a) death or personal injury caused by Receptify's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Receptify; (c) Receptify's wilful misconduct; or (d) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law in Pakistan or your jurisdiction.
13.4 Essential Basis of the Agreement
You acknowledge that the pricing of the Services reflects the allocation of risk set out in this Section 13, and that Receptify would not have entered into these Terms without these limitations. The limitations apply notwithstanding any failure of the essential purpose of any limited remedy.
14.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Receptify, its parent company Devzey (Private) Limited, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- ›Your use or misuse of the Services in violation of these Terms
- ›Your User Content, including any claim that it infringes a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
- ›Your AI Agent configurations, scripts, or any instructions you program into your AI Agents
- ›Your failure to obtain necessary consents, authorizations, or legal basis for processing End User data
- ›Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- ›Any dispute between you and your End Users arising from AI Agent interactions
- ›Your breach of any representation or warranty made in these Terms
Receptify reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to your indemnification obligation, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with Receptify's defense and not settle any such matter without Receptify's prior written consent.
15.Termination & Suspension
15.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your Subscription and terminate your Account at any time through the dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access to the Services through that date. No refund will be issued for unused time within a prepaid billing period, except as provided in Section 5.6.
15.2 Termination by Receptify
Receptify may terminate your Account or Subscription:
- ›Immediately and without notice for material breach of these Terms, including violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 4)
- ›Immediately and without notice upon discovery of fraudulent activity, abuse, or illegal use
- ›Upon 30 days' written notice for any reason, with a pro-rated refund of any prepaid Fees for the unused portion of the notice period
- ›Immediately if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority
15.3 Suspension
Receptify may suspend your access to the Services (including suspending your AI Agents) immediately and without notice if: (a) your Account poses a security risk to the Services or other customers; (b) your use may subject Receptify to legal or regulatory liability; (c) payment is overdue; or (d) you have exceeded fair use limits. We will endeavor to notify you of a suspension and its reason as soon as practicable.
15.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination or expiry of your Subscription:
- ›Your license to access the Services will immediately cease
- ›Your AI Agents will be deactivated and will no longer answer calls
- ›You will have 30 days to export your data; after this period, your data will be permanently deleted
- ›Billing records will be retained as required by law (see Privacy Policy, Section 5)
- ›Any accrued payment obligations remain due and payable
- ›Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, warranties, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law) will survive
16.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to Sections 16.3 and 16.4, each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad, Pakistan to settle any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
16.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@devzey.com with a description of the dispute and your desired resolution. We will attempt to respond within 10 business days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of your notice, either party may pursue formal proceedings.
16.4 International Customers
For customers located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under such mandatory laws. For B2B customers (businesses contracting with Receptify), the governing law and jurisdiction clauses in Sections 16.1 and 16.2 apply fully. For Enterprise customers, alternative governing law arrangements may be agreed in an executed Order Form or MSA.
16.5 No Class Actions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Receptify. All claims must be brought individually.
17.International Use
Receptify is incorporated and operated in Pakistan. We provide Services to customers globally. If you access or use the Services from outside Pakistan, you do so on your own initiative and you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the Services.

18.Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
- ›Update the 'Last updated' and 'Effective' dates at the top of this page
- ›For material changes (those that significantly affect your rights or obligations): notify you by email to the address on your Account at least 14 days before the changes take effect, and display a prominent notice in your dashboard
- ›For non-material changes (clarifications, corrections, minor updates): update this page without direct email notification
- ›For emergency changes required by law or to protect the security of the Services: make changes immediately and notify you as soon as practicable
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel your Subscription before the effective date of the changes.

19.General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Order Form or DPA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Receptify regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.
Waiver
Receptify's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any specific breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent or similar breach.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Account to any third party without our prior written consent. Receptify may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
Notices
We will provide notices under these Terms to the email address on your Account. You must keep your email address current. Notices are deemed received 24 hours after sending. You may send legal notices to legal@devzey.com.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
Relationship of Parties
Receptify and you are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between the parties.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any rights in third parties. Your End Users are not third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have no direct rights against Receptify under them.
Language
These Terms are written in English. If translated, the English version controls in case of conflict. All communications under these Terms must be in English.
Export Controls
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in, or a national of, any country subject to a Pakistani or UN embargo or sanctions regime.
Anti-Bribery
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the National Accountability Bureau Ordinance 1999 and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
